How to Check Out

You do not need to scour sinks, or clean the oven or refrigerator.

• Please empty the refrigerator and freezer.
• Please load any dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start it the morning you check out.

You do not need to do anything like sweep or mop.

• Please gather anything like cans or bottles and place them in the trash.
• Please take all trash from the house and place it in the receptacle(s) outside.

You do not need to launder the linens or bath towels.

• Please leave the bath towels in a pile on the bathroom floor.
• You do not need to strip the beds.  You can leave all bed linens on the beds.
• If you used the grill, please make sure it is cleaned, empty of ashes (if charcoal) and ready for the next guest.

If you are at a pet friendly property and had an approved pet.

• Verify that all pet dander and fur has been removed inside.
• Verify that all pet refuse has been picked up and appropriately disposed of outside

Don’t forget to log out of any streaming services you used.
