Driftwood Dreams I, in the Dawn Condominium Complex, is a beautifully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with great views of the Gulf from its second floor balcony. The master suite features a king size bed with luxury linens, soft comfortable pillows. The bath is all ceramic with walk in shower and custom glass door. Large soft towels are provided for your comfort. 40" HD TV in the Master Bedroom.

The sunny living room features queen sleeper sofa, large overstuffed chairs and is well appointed to give you that "beach" charm. A 48" TV, basic cable and Blu-ray DVD player are available for your use. Adjacent to the living room is an exterior deck with unobstructed Gulf views and outdoor seating for 6. Benches convert to a picnic table. A great place for watching the sunset.

The dining room has large table with available seating for 4, with additional 2 chairs stored in laundry area. The kitchen is fully stocked; smooth top electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator with large freezer and Emeril stainless steel pots and pans, silverware, glassware and dish place-settings. Tupperware, bowls, measuring cups, strainers and other cooking utensils provided.

DON'T BE FOOLED! Other condos on the Seawall only offer a fridge and a microwave, maybe a hot plate. This unit has a FULL kitchen. Oven, Stove and ALL the cookware to cook your own meals.

The condo is best suited for 2 people (in the master bedroom). However, when using the living room queen size sleeper sofa, it comfortably sleeps 4. There is also a rollaway single to sleep up to 5 people.

Full sized washing machine and electric dryer are located in the unit, adjacent to the kitchen.

Our beach hall closet includes sand toys and beach chairs to make your short trip the beach effortless. We've included a cooler, and beach towels for your convenience as well.

The Dawn is secure facility with all doors and gates opened with codes. A wrought iron fence surrounds the property to ensure your privacy and security. Ample (fee-based) parking is available on the property as first come first serve. TRAILERS are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Beautifully landscaped grounds with 2 available pools year-round (1 is heated) a hot tub, community center, charcoal grills and exercise lounge. And to top it all off, Babe's Beach is right across the street, with access from the stop light at the corner of the property.

This condo is on the second floor. Guests must be able to navigate one flight of stairs.

All guests must check in with the Condo Management company upon arrival. Parking passes are included for in your rental fees for ONE vehicle! Additional vehicles are $40-$50 per vehicle per stay (depending on length of stay) and include pool wrist bands for up to 5 guests.

We also have Driftwood Dreams II, a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo immediately next door through a connecting door and you can rent both condos together as Driftwood Dreams III.

NOTE: Upon booking this property, you will be required to sign a House Agreement, provide a guest list of everyone's names and ages within 48 hours of booking. You will also be required to place a damage and cleaning deposit hold of $200 three days prior to arrival.

Our professional cleaning team is following the CDC guidelines for disinfecting between every guest stay.

ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED per the HOA rules.

Check in any time after 4PM, check out no later than 11AM.

POLICIES
• Must be at least 25 years old to book and be staying at the property (no booking for others)
• No events, parties or large gatherings including prom, bachelor/bachelorette, graduation and TEEN groups – if this is your intent, please look elsewhere
• No smoking inside or on decks/balconies. Please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately.
• No pets allows per HOA rules (30+ day stays are exempt)
• Requires one flight of stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
• Fee-based parking pass required for all vehicles in complex. ONE parking pass included in rental fee.
• Additional fees and taxes may apply
• Photo ID may be required upon check-in

Violation of any rules (above) or stated in our House Agreement may constitute loss of security hold.

Cancellation policy: Guest receives 100.00% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival minus a $75 processing fee; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
