Pelican Pad, in the Dawn Condominium Complex, is a beautifully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with relaxing seating on its second floor balcony. The master suite features a queen size bed with luxury linens, soft comfortable pillows. The bath is accessible from the master bedroom, or the main part of the condo. Large soft towels are provided for your comfort.

The sunny living room features queen sleeper sofa and is well appointed to give you that "beach" charm. A large screen TV and basic cable and are available for your use. Adjacent to the living room is an exterior deck with outdoor seating.

The dining room has a table with seating for 2 and additional seating at the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully stocked; smooth top electric stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator with large freezer and Emeril stainless steel pots and pans, silverware, glassware and dish place-settings. Tupperware, bowls, measuring cups, strainers and other cooking utensils provided.

DON'T BE FOOLED! Other condos on the Seawall only offer a fridge and a microwave, maybe a hot plate. This unit has a FULL kitchen. Oven, Stove and ALL the cookware to cook your own meals.

The Dawn is secure facility with all doors and gates opened with codes. A wrought iron fence surrounds the property to ensure your privacy and security. Ample (fee-based) parking is available on the property as first come first serve. TRAILERS are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Beautifully landscaped grounds with 2 available pools year-round (1 is heated), a hot tub, community center, charcoal grills and exercise lounge. And to top it all off, Babe's Beach is right across the street, with access from the stop light at the corner of the property.

All guests must check in with the Condo Management company upon arrival. Parking passes are included in your rental fees for ONE vehicle! Additional vehicles are $40-$50 per vehicle per stay (depending on length of stay) and include pool wrist bands for up to 5 guests.

This condo is on the second floor. Guests must be able to navigate one flight of stairs.

We also have other condos in the complex if you have other family traveling with you.

ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED per the HOA rules.

Check in any time after 4PM, check out no later than 11AM.

NOTE: Upon booking this property, you will be required to sign a House Agreement, provide a guest list of everyone's names and ages within 48 hours of booking. You will also be required to place a damage and cleaning security hold of $200 a minimum of three days prior to arrival.

POLICIES
• Must be at least 25 years old to book and you must be staying at the property
• No events, parties or large gatherings including prom, bachelor/bachelorette, graduation, TEEN or chaperoned groups – if this is your intent, please look elsewhere
• No smoking inside or on decks/balconies. Please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately
• Animals not allowed per HOA rules. (Stays of 30+ days are excluded)
• Requires one flight of stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
• Paid parking pass required for every vehicle in the complex. ONE parking pass is included with your rental fee.
• Additional fees and taxes may apply
• Photo ID may be required upon check-in

Violation of any rules (above) or stated in our House Agreement may constitute loss of security hold.

Cancellation policy: Guest receives 100.00% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival minus a $75 processing fee; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
